Note from Chair….
Happy Christmas to everyone, enjoy your break while you can because 2017 is going to be an extremely busy year for Cheval. We have so much planned, between shows, clinics, socials, it will be none stop!
Shows confirmed include 30th Dec Christmas Show, 22nd Jan Broadmeadows NER SJ, Spring Show, Pre Festival, and dates to be confirmed but 4 weeks Dressage League.
Training, something for everyone, we will hold specific clinics for those involved in teams to work together with team members and coach., also clinics for all other members in Dressage, SJ, Cross country, showing, working hunter, and will take advantage of NER training bursary as Rachael is coordinating both. There are also information nights, and other social events planned I just don’t want to let the cat out of the bag just yet! Any suggestions get in touch with Rachael.
We will be the busiest club in the country, never mind the arena drainage is key in 2017, we will tackle as early as possible, we have raised 16% of the funds required already, we have a fundraising committee now on board if anyone wants to take part. Or if someone has a keen interest in something specific they want to coordinate on behalf of the club, we are open to all help offered!
In regards to Broadmeadows, we don’t want to hound anyone but if someone is free on the 22nd, not competing and wants to do their voluntary day early, your help is welcome.
